Also included are materials dealing with the Charleville, Reynolds and other related families. Among the correspondents are Karl J. Arndt, Professor of German at Louisiana State University (and later at Clark University in Worcester, Mass.) and Mrs. John Trotwood (Mary Brown Daniel) Moore, State Librarian and Archivist of Tennessee. Later correspondence of Richard W. Leche, Jr. and other family members carries on the genealogical study of Governor Leche following his death.
